The M.E.S. Cyclades Production Monitoring system provides real-time production monitoring, quality control and traceability, as well as the display of indicators that can be used for the continuous improvement of Overall Production Effectiveness (OPE) and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
M.E.S. Cyclades provides real-time information from different types of workshop. The various modules – planning, staff assignment, tool and machine management – work in combination to optimize production. Barcode reading and table archiving ensure that all parts produced can be traced. The standard M.E.S. Cyclades features provide :

he highly innovative SISE TPC - Electrically Heated Tube developed by SISE-Parmilleux from 1994 onwards meets the most exacting requirements for heating and heat-treating fluids; requirements such as :
- Extreme temperature and pressure conditions
- Specific problems of corrosion and fouling
- Fixed line constraints
With complete mastery of resistive heating techniques, the SISE TPC - Electrically Heated Tube heat exchanger provides rapid heating and cooling with the high power ratings required, from 40W to 400kW.
This heat exchanger, which allows very high temperatures to be achieved (over 1000°C), uses stainless steel and other alloy steels to prevent corrosion and meet high standards of safety and hygiene.

SISE designs custom-made skids to the exact plans and specifications provided by its temperature control customers. The skids can then be custom-connected to become part of the customer’s mechanical set-up or production line, deploying the pumps, materials, pipes…specified by the customer.
Skids use the whole range of SISE Water/Oil Temperature Control and Electrically Heated Tube technologies.
